No Return Policy
No Refund, Return, or Exchange Policy
At Paradise Batteries, we value our customers and strive to provide the highest quality products and services. However, due to the nature of our products and safety regulations, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Batteries
All batteries sold by Paradise Batteries are spillable, hazardous, and regulated for transport. Once dispatched or collected, they cannot be accepted for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of our staff, logistics partners, and customers.
2. LED and Lighting Products
LEDs, fixtures, and related lighting products are fragile and sensitive to handling and installation. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items once they have been sold and delivered.
3. Solar Products and Installations
Solar panels, inverters, and associated equipment are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, no returns or refunds will be entertained after installation or dispatch. Any performance or technical issue will be resolved under warranty terms only.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders once confirmed and invoiced cannot be cancelled. In exceptional cases where cancellation is requested before dispatch, approval will be at the sole discretion of Paradise Batteries and may involve applicable cancellation charges.
5. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
In rare cases of visible transit damage or product mismatch, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Claims made beyond this period will not be accepted.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to verify the product specifications, compatibility, and capacity before purchase. Our sales team can assist in choosing the right product, but final responsibility lies with the buyer.
